Arribatec signs a Global Organisational Change Management deal with Unit4

Arribatec is pleased to announce the signing of a global agreement with Unit4, appointing Arribatec as an approved provider of Organisational Change Management (OCM) services. Through this partnership, Unit4 will offer Arribatec’s OCM expertise to its existing and prospective customers, supporting organisations as they navigate system changes and transformation initiatives.

This agreement marks a significant milestone in the longstanding collaboration between Arribatec and Unit4, reflecting the strength and effectiveness of their partnership across numerous digital projects in diverse industries. This new deal brings it all together in a clear, structured package, giving customers direct access to OCM support that makes it easier to adapt to new working methods and minimise employee stress during transitions.

Arribatec’s OCM approach prioritises people, daily operations, and the practical elements essential for successful change management. Services include change readiness assessments, role and function reviews, user support, communication planning, and training programmes. The objective is to minimise disruption, deliver timely support to staff, and ensure organisations maximise the benefits of their Unit4 systems.

We are delighted to be further strengthening our global partnership with Unit4,” says Tom Vandezande, EVP Business Services at Arribatec Group. “Many projects fail because people just aren’t getting the support they need during the transition. This deal enables our OCM team to be part of Unit4 ERP and FP&A projects from day one.”

Unit4 customers will now be able to integrate Arribatec’s OCM team into their project plans, providing project leaders with a clear roadmap for managing the human aspects of change. This encompasses early-stage planning, support throughout implementation, and ongoing guidance leading up to project go-live.

Kevin Bowles, Director of Enterprise Architecture & BPM UK&I at Arribatec, added: “Organisational Change Management is critical to project success. While robust systems are essential, effective change requires clear guidance and ongoing support for staff. This agreement enables us to deliver targeted OCM services within Unit4 projects, ensuring employees are well-prepared and supported throughout the transition. We look forward to collaborating with Unit4 to help clients achieve sustainable change with confidence.”

This agreement shows just how committed Arribatec and Unit4 are to raising the bar in the level of support they offer organisations around the world. The companies will continue to collaborate on developing practical solutions that empower customers to manage change confidently and effectively.
