Riding towards employee wellbeing

Arribatec is proud of our commitment toward our ESG policies (environmental, social and governance), and our team in the UK have been very happy to be able to reap the rewards.

The team in the UK have been taking advantage of CycleScheme, a system designed to help staff members spread the cost of a new bicycle over a number of months or years, to encourage them to get out into their local countryside, to cycle to work, and to spend time together riding with their families.

“I think for us, it enabled us to get out and about more as a family, especially during COVID; we did lots of family bike rides.

Kerrie Fuller is Resource Manager in the UK and is a massive fan of the cycle scheme.

“We’ve been able to explore some of the UK’s national cycle routes, particularly National Cycle Network Route 6, which is really easy to get on from where we live and takes you straight into the city centre.”

In a world where we constantly strive to balance work and life, initiatives like our Cycle to Work scheme help us create a happier, healthier, and more connected workplace. By prioritising our employees’ mental well-being, we’re not just ticking off an ESG checkbox – we’re creating a win-win situation where both our staff and our planet thrive.

So, here’s to the power of pedalling, the beauty of nature, and the magic of conscientious ESG policies that genuinely make a difference in our lives and the world around us.

Let’s ride towards a brighter, more sustainable future together!
