Arribatec has signed a letter of intent to acquire Qualisoft AS, a leader in Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions.
Qualisoft serves more than 100 of the major companies in the oil and gas, health and finance sectors, in addition to the public sector, and employs 40 people. Arribatec and Qualisoft will grow and expand the joint international SolaaS, including EA & BPM solutions.
