Commitment to Achieving Net Zero
Arribatec UK Ltd is committed to achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, in line with the UK Government’s Procurement Policy Note 06/21 and Arribatec Group’s established environmental commitments. The wider Arribatec Group has set an ambition to be carbon neutral by 2030, supported by annual ESG reporting and formal emissions tracking.
Baseline Emissions Footprint
As a cloud consultancy service provider with no physical manufacturing or logistics fleet, our emissions are primarily related to office electricity and employee activities.
Baseline Year: 2023
Scope 1 emissions: 3.9 tCO₂e
Scope 2 emissions: 225.8 tCO₂e
Scope 3 emissions: Currently being measured and will be published as part of Arribatec
UK Ltd.’s Net Positive Futures sustainability action plan. Scope 3 emissions are relevant
to our operations and will be disclosed in full once UK-specific data capture is complete
Current Emissions Reporting Year (2024/25)
Full UK-specific figures will be measured and published upon completion of the Net Positive Futures sustainability action plan. Arribatec UK Ltd is currently completing UK-specific emissions measurement for the 2024/25 reporting year.
Full Scope 1, 2 and relevant Scope 3 emissions will be published upon completion of the NetPositive Futures sustainability action plan
Carbon Reduction Initiatives

- Transition to electric vehicles across the Group fleet.

- Recycling and reuse initiatives targeting 100% reuse of electrical waste by 2026.

Declaration and Sign‑off
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 006 and associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.
Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard and uses the appropriate government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company reporting.
Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reported in accordance with SECR requirements (where required), and the required subset of Scope 3 emissions have been reported in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard.
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and approved by the Board of Arribatec UK Ltd.
